If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping center using the provided return label or your preferred carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
